Take Time for You

When you’re traveling to a quilt show (or any other vacation spot, of course) make sure to schedule time for you—time to relax with a book, movie or some hand stitching, time to eat and drink properly, and time to exercise. By it’s very nature, travel takes its toll, and your immune system can suffer. Scheduling time for wellness, even during the busy quilt show schedule when you don’t want to miss a thing, will keep you on your feet and feeling fine throughout the trip.
