My machine service man suggests a good brushing out and oiling of the sewing machine every 6 bobbins. I put 6 “sticky” tags on the top of my machine and move one to the side each time I finish a bobbin. When they are all moved to the side, I brush and oil, then move the “stickies” back to the top of my machine to start the count down again.
